I have a diverse range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as: Cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) Dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) Positive and strengths-based psychology I help patients understand that mental health is a journey. I listen to their feelings without judgment, particularly when facing life's challenges. My goal is to give patients the tools and strategies for an intentional, peaceful, and content life. Witnessing lives undergo positive transformations is the most rewarding aspect of my work.
